The meet & greet lasted a while, which was nice. We got to take pictures with everyone except for David – not sure why – and I got each of them to sign the front of my iPod.
Towards the end the guys were ready to go, and they posed all together with the group of Gomers (and us).
But Jill, the force of nature, was determined that they would take a picture with JUST us. She kept telling Lee that she was going to get them to do it, and he kept saying good luck. Lee had never dealt with Jill before, though. Lee was a guy who tours with Third Day and helps run “Wired”, I think. During the intermission Jill spent about twenty minutes talking to him about who knows what!! We made Lee take a picture with us. He was kinda hesitant at first, but then he actually fixed his hair before we took the picture!! It was really nice of him to take a picture with us crazy middle-aged women!!
Sometimes, there just isn’t anything you can do about a force of nature. Voila.
