They grow up so fast...

Ella (almost 2 years old) sitting in the bumbo holding a picture of Ella sitting in the bumbo (6 months old). My how things change in 18 months! Back then I wondered when she would get any hair, now I wonder how long she will be in the terrible 2's! This is such an awesome time in a child's life - she wakes up and says on her own - "I love you, Mom," and then within the hour she's telling me or Bradley to "Shull-up." I guess because her name is Ella, she replaces "t" with "ll" in the middle of words, like "Ella goll-it" instead of "Ella got it," or "Shull-up" instead of "Shut up." When I first had her, I couldn't imagine what I would do with a little girl, now I can't imagine life without her. She's truly a blessing! And she's big enough now for Bradley to wrestle with and chase around the house, and, in quieter times, read books to. It's so much fun to watch the dynamic between those two! Bradley is doing great, too. This is his last week at his old school, and he starts Lake Mead Christian Academy on Monday. I have a lot to be thankful for this year! I'm looking forward to 2007!
