These red mountains were beautiful! The picture in the bottom left corner shows examples of cabins made out of rocks that people used to stay in when they visited the Valley of Fire. Something strange - at the beginning of the park, they have a self-pay stand. You get an envelope out of a box, put your $6 in, write your license plate number down, and put the envelope in a steel container. I guess it keeps the honest people honest!
