We're headed to San Diego for a few days to see the sights - Sea World, Legoland, The World Famous San Diego Zoo, and the Wild Animal Park. It won't be the same not staying with Angie and Ryan. I'll never forget the look on Angie's face when the midwive said to come in to the hospital to have Maddy - it really hit her hard that Delaney wouldn't be the only one any more! Then me and Bradley and Delaney had fun driving back and forth to the hospital that night and the next morning.
One of my other favorite memories: we always felt special getting driving permits to go onto base. It was cool driving up to the main gate and letting the MPs check our stuff. Then one day, Rick played golf on base and accidentally left his driver's license at the golf shop - something he didn't remember until he was driving up to the MP later. When the MP asked about his license, he said "I left it at the golf shop, but I have my Sam's card?!?!?" That was a classic!

I'm so disgustingly jealous. There's NO way you should be visiting my old stomping ground without me!!! IT'S NOT FAIR!! No really, I hope you have a great time and soak up some of that perfect weather. Say "Hi" to all my friends and take lots of pics. Love ya!
