We finally got our ants in today! This ant habitat is really cool - the blue stuff is food for them, and they can dig tunnels. It was developed for testing ants in space. Since I took this picture a few hours ago, they are already making tunnels. I can't wait to see how it turns out!

And what exactly is the need for testing ants in space???? GREAT use of our taxpayer dollars.
Are those ants swimming? It looks like they're in an ant ocean.
